Cécile Rainsford

Cécile Rainsford qualified from the London School of Reflexology in 2016 and she is a member of the Association of Reflexologists. She is a Group Team Leader for the North East Surrey Area and helps support local reflexologists.

Cécile has been on extensive training since 2016 where she became qualified in multiple disciplines, including qualifying as an Energy Healer - Reiki, Reflexology Lymph Drainage, Orthopedic Reflexology,  Healthy Eating and Wellbeing Practitioner, a Baby Reflexology Teacher. She practices Facial Oriental Therapy which includes Facial Acupuncture for Well-being and Cosmetics, Ear Candling Therapy and Moxibustion Therapy, she is also a Mindfulness Advocate.  She has also studied NLP and currently studying Ericksonian Hypnotherapy.  

Cécile has a strong passion to support your general well-being and has a particular interest in supporting people living in pain, she also supports Women's Health from conception, pregnancy, menopause and beyond. She is also registered under NHS Choice. She lives in Coulsdon with her two children and has a well-established home practice that appeared on BBC2 documentary. Cécile is here to support you with Reflexology, to relax, restore and recharge.
